Let me introduce the baby above.. Its La Tulipe Eyeshadow Base. I love this cheap and good quality eyeshadow base, plus its Indonesian product *proud* kekeke~ I like this product because I can find this eyeshadow base easily plus its cheap. Bought it for around $2.5 or Rp. 25.000.
Here's my experiment using this base :
Helps your eyeshadow / eye make up stays more longer, also make the color looks more vivid.
You can see this base make the color more vivid. The texture is different than another eyeshadow base. Usually eyeshadow base comes with liquid or lotion texture like Urban Decay Potion Primer, ELF Eye Primer, etc. But it comes with a compact texture in a jar. I swap my finger, and I couldn't find the different in the jar. Its still same. Make sure your finger are hygienic and clean. Sometimes I swap this product with my finger after using foundation/blending something, its leaves a color marks. Meh~
I applying on my lid after powder and let it absorb for about 3-5minutes. Why? Because its little bit sticky, I must waiting for few minutes. One day I forgot and I applied eyeshadow directly. My eyeshadow became so hard to blend and creasing (=.=!)~ If you don't have enough time to wait, apply powder lightly under the eyeshadow base. But it make the eyeshadow color appear not too vivid like in first result. Its not only working best under eyeshadow, I apply this baby under my eyeliner and its really help my eyeliner to stay more longer without smudging (especially for pencil/powder eyeliner).
